- Matcha Powder – 3.5g
- Purified Water – 30ml
- Strawberry Jam – 40g
- Thick Coconut Milk – 180ml
- Coffee Creamer – 20ml
- Fresh Strawberry Slices – 20g

Prepare Matcha
Sift and whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. Set aside.

Add strawberry jam to the bottom of a tall glass. Pour in thick coconut milk and coffee creamer. Stir until combined.

Fill the glass with ice, then gently pour matcha on top to create a layered effect.
