Cómo hacer matcha

Lo que necesitarás

  • Polvo de matcha ceremonial Leafmill
  • Batidor de matcha (chasen) o espumador de leche
  • Tazón de té (chawan) o tazón para mezclar
    Tamiz (opcional)
  • 2 oz de agua tibia (160–175 °F)
  • Opcional: leche o agua fría para matcha helado o café con leche.

Paso 1

Tamizar el polvo de matcha

Tamice entre 1/2 y 1 cucharadita de matcha en un tazón de té para eliminar los grumos y garantizar una infusión suave.

Paso 2

Añadir agua tibia

Añada 60 ml (2 oz) de agua tibia (no hirviendo) al recipiente. Temperatura ideal: 70-80 °C (160-175 °F).

Paso 3

Batir hasta que esté espumoso

Bate con un movimiento en “W” o “M” usando un batidor de bambú hasta que quede espumoso.
